Lisa Hutson

Director

Small Business Development Center

 

Lisa works with small and medium sized businesses to accelerate their growth. Prior to coming to LCCC, Lisa worked in the banking industry helping both consumer and commercial clients. Lisa holds a Bachelor’s degree from Alma College and is a certified Business Advisor through the University of Toledo as well as a Certified Strategic Workforce Planner.

As a Certified Business Advisor, Beth has a proactive and results driven approach to working with clients. She has extensive experience in developing and implementing programming and coaching. Beth received her bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Salem College and an M.Ed in Adult Learning and Development from Cleveland State University. She is also certified in GrowthWheel, Profit Mastery, and Entrepreneurial Mindset.

Jason is a Certified Business Advisor who helps small business owners chart a clear path to success. He helps pre-venture and startup companies navigate the early stages of their business by providing strategic, quality advice and business basics. Prior to joining Lorain County Community College (LCCC), Jason was the founder of a local nonprofit and a small business that creates educational content and experiences for P-12 students. He also holds a bachelor’s degree from Oberlin College and is certified in GrowthWheel.
