Beth Gantz

Beth Gantz is a Certified Business Advisor, educator, and the Director of the Small Business Development Center (SBDC) who brings a rare and valuable "dual perspective" to her work. With 20 years of experience owning and currently operating her own business, Beth understands the entrepreneurial journey.

Her approach is proactive and results-driven, blending her firsthand entrepreneurial journey with deep expertise in adult learning. Beth specializes in developing high-impact programming and coaching that helps founders navigate growth with purpose. She is certified in GrowthWheel, Profit Mastery, and Entrepreneurial Mindset. Beth is deeply committed to building inclusive entrepreneurial ecosystems where every founder has the tools to grow sustainably. She holds a B.A. in Psychology from Salem College and an M.Ed. in Adult Learning and Development from Cleveland State University.

Greg Carlin

Greg Carlin is a seasoned entrepreneur and business advisor with over 20 years of experience driving growth, scaling operations, and guiding hundreds of startups and small businesses across diverse industries.
​
Throughout his career, he has founded and operated multiple successful companies, including ventures in food & beverage, family entertainment centers, and manufacturing. His hands-on leadership spans from initial concept development through the start-up phase, into full-scale operations, overseeing sales, marketing, and profit and loss responsibilities, while building and leading high-performing teams.
​
Prior to his entrepreneurial ventures, Greg spent years at a rapidly expanding manufacturing firm, where he played a key role in its 10x growth trajectory. He led a nearly $100M division of the company, contributed to several strategic acquisitions that helped scale the business and supported multiple rounds of private equity ownership into the company.

As a trusted advisor, Greg has consulted with hundreds of startups and existing small businesses, delivering actionable insights on sales and marketing strategies, operational efficiencies, business scaling, and preparing companies during the buy/sell process. His experience in both launching and optimizing businesses, combined with his knowledge of family, venture and private equity owned businesses, makes him a valuable partner for companies seeking to achieve sustainable expansion and long-term success.
